Kilchoman rum finish HIRSCHENBRUNNER SPIRITS Edition 2019, 50ppm, Single Cask #141/2011, 249 bottles only, distilled 17.03.2011, bottled 21.01.2019. This Single Cask has been matured in a fresh Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel for seven years before being finished in a Barbados rum cask for nine months. Nose: fragrant and intense with floral citrus sweetness, banana, pear and waves of maritime peat smoke. Palate: intensive demerara sweetness and genelte peat smoke develop into over-ripe fruit, honey and fragrant citrus. The finish is long & clean with layers of citrus sweetness, caramel, lingering banana sweetnes and peat smoke... we are very proud to present this bottling! …..
