1731 Fine & Rare Rum is an independent rum label under which mostly small batch bottlings are released. Both blends as well as single island and single distillery. Always non chill filtered, with natural colour and mostly at 46% Alc. The 1731 Central American XO Rum is a blended rum made from rums out of Guatemala, Panama and Belize. Amongst others the rums from the Darsa Distllery, Varela Hemanos and Travellers’Liquors are used for this small batch release. It is between 2 and 6 years old, matured in ex-bourbon barrels and was bottled at 46% Alc.
