This exceptional single grain was distilled in December 1987 at Invergordon, and left to mature in a refill barrel for a whopping 31 years. When that time had passed, North Star Spirits bottled the whisky as part of Cask Series 007 in February 2019. Only 190 bottles were released at cask strength, a rather punchy 63.2% ABV. …..
